Refund policy

Services are professional projects with individually agreed scope and pricing. Deposits, milestones, cancellations and refund terms must be stated in the accepted proposal or contract. The site does not charge for submitting the inquiry form.

To request cancellation or payment review, email the contact address with the project, payment and reason for the request. Do not send full card numbers or banking credentials. Review considers the agreement, work performed, deliverables and third-party commitments.

Ad budgets, licenses, tools and other third-party costs may be subject to provider terms. They must be identified and agreed in the project; these amounts are neither presumed refundable nor automatically nonrefundable.

If you identify a duplicate or incorrect charge or a discrepancy with the agreement, contact us for review. Any refund amount and process are determined by the agreement and applicable law. This policy does not impose a universal refund deadline or waive the customer's legal rights.
